Rick,

that particular server is most likely just full right now, keep in mind that
the server can be changed from *default host=cvsup2.freebsd.org to *default
host=cvsup3.freebsd.org or
*default host=cvsup4.freebsd.org so on and so forth, I'm not sure of the
total number of US servers but I think I've used up to 9...

*default host=cvsup2.freebsd.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4
*default delete use-rel-suffix

#*default compress

src-all
