>Description:
On my system, I have lighttpd (1.4.1, by a minor patch to Makefile and distinfo for that port) installed, and not apache. I tried to install devel/subversion via 'make package'. It fails with the output below. I think this failure is due to not having apache installed.

I see that expat is a depend in the Makefile for subversion:
   LIB_DEPENDS=    expat.5:${PORTSDIR}/textproc/expat2
but for some reason, it was not installed. Manually installing that port first does work around the problem.

..
checking whether to enable WebDAV support in neon... yes

configure: error: expat library not found, cannot proceed
===>  Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
Please report the problem to lev@FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the
"/usr/ports/www/neon/work/neon-0.24.7/config.log" including the output of the
failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide an
overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. an `ls /var/db/pkg`).
*** Error code 1

>How-To-Repeat:
1. On FreeBSD 5.4, cvsup your ports tree.
2. Install the ports as listed below.
3. cd /usr/ports/devel/subversion
4. make package
