That would be consistent with the original posting I found that 
suggested wiring pcm0 to irq5, thusly:

device	pcm0 at isa? port 0x52c irq 5 drq 1 flags 0x10

This is where csa0 shows up: I don't know about these devices and 
irqs, though.

csa0: <CS4280/CS4614/CS4622/CS4624/CS4630> mem 
0xf4000000-0xf40fffff,0xf4100000-0xf4100fff irq 11 at device 5.0 
on pci0
