i have a strange problem. sound works fine (AWE 64) with everything when compiled into the kernel except for quake-gl quake2 and quake3. quake-x11 (w/o GL stuff) runs fine with sound working. i've looked around and can't seem to see an obvious problem so i switched to the new opensound drivers (http://www.opensound.com/freebsd.html they have support for 4.x now) and the same thing appears to be having. if anyone knows how to fix this or can atleast shed some more light i'll apprciate it and please email me personally because i'm not on the list anymore Thanks -- daniel pimp@supa-fly.org http://www.supa-fly.org To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
