give us enough information to begin to help you.  What version of FreeBSD, how 
did you verify your boot disks (did you try making them again?), what 
hardware do you have, what point in the boot process did it fail at?, etc.

Also try using a different version like 4.8 release, and try interrupting the 
boot loader at the countdown and type boot -v to get more information.
