Occasionally using dd to write an image to a floppy dies (floppy light doesnt
come on, kill -9 fails to kill it).  This occurred when comparing write times
for various bs arguments to dd.

	time dd if=image of=/dev/fd0 bs=4096
	this will occasionally die without warning.
