Probably, we are near to get our own iconv(3) for base. Current TODO is:
- style(9) cleanups
- make a working patch for HEAD; atm it is only possible to build it 
independently but it should go into libc
- exp-run by portmgr

So hopefully, we will be able to change to the usual approach soon.
