The IRQ handler is not being called. This might be a hardware/BIOS problem;
reconfigure the kernel to use another 16.3 supported IRQ and/or make shure
the IRQ you have choosen is properly routed by the BIOS. Read the FAQ for
more hints how to solve this problem.
