Tried from two locations in offices behind NAT from two different ISPs in
Kazakstan, ftp server does not accept connection or just requires auth in
 browser.
Nevertheless I solved my problem with another mirror site but it seems to
me strange and I think I'm not the one who is affected with such ftp
 configuration :(
Also freshports.org marks lsof as "A package is not available for ports
marked as: Forbidden / Broken / Ignore / Restricted" and distfiles almost
 all inaccessible(http://people.freebsd.org/~ehaupt/distilator/sysutils/lsof/)

 Thanks,
 Ilyas
