I'm not sure. What might be nice is nuking the sysinstall cruft from /stand, but keeping the statically linked binaries necessary for life, the universe, and everything, and renmaing the thing to /emerg. That seems to be the only rationale for keeping /stand around anymore, but it does actually come in useful that way. :) (missing ld.so what?) -Dave Andersen Lo and behold, Jordan K.
