In the /etc/sshd_config (or wherever) configuration file you can add
groups and users in allow/deny fashion like:

	AllowGroups		wheel sshuser
	AllowUser		goodguy1 goodgal2
	DenyGroups		nobody ftpuser

Don't forget the useful:

	PermitRootLogin		no
