This looks correct, but in fact it isn't: for some reason
/usr/ports/editors/emacs contains an obsolete version of Emacs
(19.34).  The current version (20.7) is in
/usr/ports/editors/emacs20.  Yes, I think this is a bug as well.  I've
entered a PR about it.
