Hi, I am trying to compile cross-binutils for the PowerPC-EABI architecture. And while installing I get the following error: libtool: install: install -o root -g wheel -m 555 -s embedspu /usr/local/bin/./ppc-eabi-embedspu strip: /usr/local/bin/./ppc-eabi-embedspu: File format not recognized install: wait: No such file or directory I am no system programmer but it seems that it is trying to strip a shell script file which does not make sense. Any ideas on how to fix the problem? I am using FreeBSD 9.0-RELEASE. Thanks, JB
