While ORB (Open Relay Blocking) is an excellent means of
blocking spam -- about 15 times more effective than the
RBL (Realtime Blackhole List), be prepared to

1. bounce emails from many "legitimate" sites;

2. spend long hours on the telephone explaining relaying to
your customers because there site is in the database;

3. apologize for inferring that your customer is a dork
that was slain. IMO they should have selected a less
offensive domain name for the benefit of those trying
to use this service in a business environment;

4. deal with the poor misguided souls who run Micro$oft
Exchange on NT platforms.
