Hello. I have become absolutely disgusted and frustrated with my current sound card (I/O Magic's MagicSound 16). I want a sound card that can not only work consistently, but I also want half-way decent support, in case something goes wrong. Please tell me about the kinds of sound cards you offer, and your support network (i.e.: online support, help desk, hours, etc.) Thanks for your time.
