I have audigy 2 and i use this driver:
http://chibis.persons.gfk.ru/audigy/
which has an emuctrl program where you can adjust the volume for
front rear sub etc.
I am using 5.4 though and it appears that you are using 6 so i don't=20
know if it will work for you.=20
