I found out what the problem was with FreeBSD 2.2-960501-SNAP, for some
reason it didn't like the BIOS for my GateWay 2000 P5-133XL (AMIBIOS
v1.00.05 BR0T). After locating, downloading and installing AMIBIOS
v1.00.10 BR0T, I was able to install the Snap for FreeBSD.

What has changed in the BIOS detection of FreeBSD 2.2, as 2.1 detects
the WD 2.5 GB with no problems?
