Go to http://www.freebsd.org, choose "Handbook" & read it.
After this download FreeBSD-2.2.5-RELEASE ( last RELEASE of FreeBSD )
& install it. Also you may buy CD-ROM with last RELEASE in 
http://www.cdrom.com
