There's an SRM console available for the 164SX from DEC. (With the usual caveat that you might need a license unless you buy the board with the SRM console.) But: An SX board with full parity ECC dram? AFAIK the SX board and the 21164PC don't do ECC. They'll probably ignore the extra 8 bits per 64 bit word. I came to that conclusion after comparing the technical reference manuals (EC-R46WB-TE and EC-R57EB-TE). I consider buying an LX board for that reason, although it's quite a bit more expensive and only slightly faster.
