Subject: PPP problem: PCMCIA modem on ThinkPad
Message-ID: <005301c08f9b$ea0b8420$322ae38f@thinkpad>

next in thread | raw e-mail | index | archive | help
I'm using a rather new PCMCIA modem on a Thinkpad 760ED. PPP doesn't work
with the /etc/pccard.conf I'm using, but tip works ok -- I can login to my
IP with it..

/var/log/ppp.log says something about "/dev/cuaa4 doesn't support CD "

Below are some relevant portions from /var/log/ppp.log, pccardc, and
/etc/pccard.conf.

TIA

Hal
