I don't know how everyone else feels, but I think putting a port into our
collection that we know ab initio will not build CAN'T HELP but lower
confidence in our port collection.  Announcing availability of a package
would be a good idea, but putting it in ports I don't like.

I wish you'd put BROKEN on it, at least, with some comments for those who
have 2.7.x available, and know how to use it.
