 I have to clarify a point in my bug report. The wrong results in my case
 do not come from interp2.
 
 The problem stems indeed from a (in this case my own) 0ct-file returning
 real results instead of complex ones, just as in the regression errors
 reported in "make check". So the main point in the bug report stands.
