Subject:   Where are the ports upgrade kits, these days?

I have a 3.4 system that I need to upgrade to use the current ports structure.

I looked at the ports home page, but did not find a pointer to the upgrade kits.

Where are they?

	useless extension to a minor patch release for 32-bit extensions and
	a graphical shell for a 16-bit patch to an 8-bit operating system
