You COULD turn one machine into a cvsup-server and start from there.

But the EASIEST way would be to simply delete the ports tree (/usr/ports) on the
other machines and copy in the new one. It'll take some time and eat some
bandwidth, but I believe it would be easiest. The 'local' bandwidth is certain
to be larger than pulling it from the internet anyway.
