You failed to explain your relation to freebsd project...
That would be nice to know. For enlightenment.

You also failed to notice that Sun allows free downloads only for
non-commercial use... Should we say you've lost sight of what
motivates commercial software companies?

A leading DB like Oracle - if ported to BSD platform - has a huge
potential to bring wide corporate acceptance to the OS, as well as
FUNDS - to the project AND people behind it. That's for enlightenment.

Begging is not in my arsenal of conduct, period. And I am not looking for
help in helping to make YOUR project successful and YOUR ass (not a rat's
one) happier. But, of course, you failed to grasp it too.

Oh, one more thing, Ted, in case you failed to notice - you are a total
jerk.

Please feel free not to waste your time replying and do NOT send out
messages marked "on Behalf Of Victor Kane". I'll sue your ass for that,
mr. Enlightenment.

I fail to understand this when Solaris is available from Sun for free.
Go to http://www.sun.com for enlightenment.

If your looking for someone to talk Larry into it, go no further than the
mirror.

Don't waste your time telling us that - it's Oracle that you need to be
talking to.

It's a shame you haven't asked the people who need asking about it.

I fail to understand why we - most of whom don't give a rat's ass that
Oracle isn't ported onto FreeBSD, and would certainly not pay for it - are
better candidates to explain this to Oracle than you - who do care that
Oracle
is not on FreeBSD and is also ready to pay money for it.

I think you've lost sight of what motivates commercial software companies
like
Oracle. Please don't beg us to help you convince Oracle to port to FreeBSD
unless you've already been talking to Oracle about it.
