Subject: Memory Problem?

First off, let me thank everyone who offered up suggestions on getting
a ThinkPad 600E up and running with -current.

Turns out that there seems to be a memory problem. If the machine has
more than 64M of memory it will randomly hang. When this happens,
nothing short of a hard-reset will unwedge the machine.

Has anyone else seen a problem like this? If so, is there a workaround?
Is this question more appropriate for the -current mailing list?

Thanks in advance.
