Thanks Roland, and all the rest of the folks answering these sorts of
questions.  To re-iterate, there is work in progress (including a *very
very* early native threads port), but because of summertime vacations,
nice weather, and other such niceties, things have gone slowly.

I won't even venture a guess as to when we'll have something released,
but I'm hoping before Christmas. :)
