With 3.0-STABLE as of feb 1st 1999 this is still the case. We do not seem to be able to keep the newsserver up and running for more than a few hours, to sometimes a day or two if we get very lucky. Pitty we can no longer wait for a solution with FreeBSD; we received the sparc with solaris this morning :( Feel free to contact for more info and/or debugging stuff.
