I have put up a 4.9-RC1 for Alpha (now really an RC1 given that newvers.sh
has been bumped).

It is available at

ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/alpha/ISO-IMAGES/4.9-RC1-alpha-miniinst.iso

It does _not_ have packages, and I will put the RC1 tree at

ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/alpha/4.9-RC1 as soon as I can
get it there via my ADSL link (ETA sometime tomorrow UTC)

Please test and provide feedback,

tnx
Wilko
