Yes, we have to pay them. :)

Other than that, they make it a big point that they use exclusively
FreeBSD. In fact, that is how I got into FreeBSD: I use pair for several of
my web sites (and they probably only count me once in that big number
because all of those sites are part of the same account, just
subdirectories with different domains attached), and wanted to do CGI.

It made sense to develop and test the software locally, so I installed
FreeBSD on my computer. And here I am. :)
