Just a reminder...there is no 8-stable as of today nor is there a RELENG_8 branch in CVS. Posts regarding 8.0 should go to current@. The folks who are most likely able to help with 8.0 problems are more likely to see it there and, if you are watching current@, you may see that the issue you are reporting has already been discussed. -- R.
