This has been frustrating me for a while now. It's a dependency of many
other ports.

It's worth noting that the file that the build complains about actually does
exist:

bash-2.05b$ ls -Fal /usr/local/lib/libmp4v2.la
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  723 Oct 14 21:17 /usr/local/lib/libmp4v2.la*
