Hi!

I would like to have a driver for my soundcard and
added the line

device pcm

to my kernel-config file (as the handbook says).
But when I
# make buildkernel KERNCONF=MYKERNEL
I receive a syntax-error message for my new line.

What might I have done wrong?
(Ah, yes: I tried this both on FreeBSD 4.3 and 5.0)

Thanks for your good advices.

Uli.
