I would try remaking the boot floppies.  I tend to use rawrite.exe, which is
also on the dist CD's.  It
might be worth while using new, unused floppies.

See how you get on. You'll have to do both disks manually, and I'm not aware
of any problems with 
doing this under Win2K.
