Damn, I never got to this quick enough.

doc/ is not built in world.  Anything necessary to build world
should be in src/, yes.

There's no reason we should provide all the tools to build doc/
and www/, since the building of these trees personally is only of
use to people wishing to contribute to them.  They are available
in "compiled" form via packages (doc) or cvsup (www).
