[God, please forgive me, I know you have a sense of humor...] In the beginning there was UNIX... And people saw it, and it was good. And AT&T said, you have to pay for our code.... And a judgement rang forth... So U. Cal Berkeley said, "let there be LITE..." And there was Joy, and the whole world was filled with (Mc)K[m]usic. And people saw it, and it was even better. But evil entered the world through the Gates of hell, and Joy was lost, the Sun did not shine, and FreeBSD was left to pick up the 7 basketfuls of pieces that were left over.... People became $oft, and forgot the code...they became ignorant, proud, boastful, lovers of GUI, and 'setup' all kinds of evil.... But the prophets foretell that /stand/sysinstall will be rolled away, and UNIX will rise again.... ....Linux is just a Colonel, but FBSD is a Godsend.....as you can see, Mr. Torvalds is out- ranked.
