I'm not sure if gnats is working (pr is 4xx "service not available").
In building x11/nvidia-settings, post relocation of X11BASE, the
x11/nvidia-settings on git (1.0_11) is failing during the build of
src/gtk+-2.x/ctkxvideo.c as follows:
