Synopsis: Wierd CGI Behavior on heavily loaded webserver. State-Changed-From-To: open-closed State-Changed-By: gpalmer State-Changed-When: Wed Apr 2 16:24:11 PST 1997 State-Changed-Why: Problem was that he was running into the per-user process limits. Solved by raising the limits.
