kqueue deadlock fix

I am submitting this on behalf of a DragonFly user (Tuxillo).

There is a potential deadlock in kqueue that was fixed upstream (in glib 2.38)
and it causes some file managers like caja and thunar to fail with NFS mounts.
Caja, for example, will not start and thus the desktop will not show.

The patch attached is the same as described in the gnome PR and it has been
confirmed to fix the issue very well. It has been placed into DPorts and now I
trying to help FreeBSD ports benefit from it as well.
