Does anyone know if I can get a copy of web browser on FreeBSD, which supports proxy function ? (otherwise I cannot go out from my position, 'cause it's blocked except HTTP protocol) I tried to get a netscape 3.04 from netscape of course. The file I got is netscape-v304-export_x86-unknown-bsd_tar.tar Well, as I had no possibility to go out with my FreeBSD, I used my NT machine to get this file and then transfered to FreeBSD machine using FTP. Then I used tar -x -f netscape-v304-export_x86-unknown-bsd_tar.tar And it tells me tar: only read 5890 bytes from archive netscape-v304-export_.... After this, I looked the directory, where I find a file name with 0 size ?q?????????t?EY?W??F?!>..????e??0?????..... I tried twice to download from netscape.com and the result is same. What is the problem ? and What can I do for this ? Thank you for your help. ---------------------------------------------------------- Kevin Kyeong-il CHOI ~'/ (o\) ^ \____/o Doctoral Research Engineer CNES Service TI/TL/ES 18, Avenue Edouard-Belin 31401 Toulouse cedex 4 France (T) +33-561 28 1531 (F) +33-561 28 2913 (Email) kevin.choi@cnes.fr To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
