Plenty. There is a y2k-statement on www.freebsd.org.

Don't be silly. While the insurance company might want to be sure their
cobol-program are y2k safe, an ISP shouldn't worry about time of day so to
speak. I don't see any timestamp-involved stuff in ISP'ing.
An ISP should be connected no matter what day or time it is.
If anything is timestamp-related, it most probably is in seconds or less units.
