They are infrared satellites for early warning on missile launches. They've been building those puppies for 30 years. Not a lot of secrets about this program anymore, http://www.trw.com/seg/sats/DSP.html Can't pick up a lot of computer signal intelligence in the infrared... I don't think it has the sensitivity to pick up the signals from a notebook IR port. ;) -- Crist J.
