Not surprising, TRW builds DSP, Defense Support Program. They are
infrared satellites for early warning on missile launches. They've
been building those puppies for 30 years. Not a lot of secrets about
this program anymore,

Can't pick up a lot of computer signal intelligence in the
infrared... I don't think it has the sensitivity to pick up the
signals from a notebook IR port. ;)
