OK, fixed this.  I had to put

ifconfig_isp0="inet 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.1 link1 netmask 255.255.255.0 debug"

into /etc/rc.conf.

Hum.  Any unvulnerable versions out there? 00.80 perhaps?
