This happens in a *completely clean* chroot environment.  You should
try doing a make release sometime and see for yourself.  It has
nothing to do with any special flags I'm setting or environmental
corruption (unless it's the "corruption" that comes about from having
a clean environment :).

The port is broken, trust me.  Please fix it since I've disabled all
doc distributions in releases until this happens.
