You are running out of MBUFs; the memory set aside for networking in the
kernel.

Please see http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/configtuning-kernel-limits.html
(6.10.2 Network Limits) for information regarding the NMBCLUSTERS option in
the kernel configuration file.
