Hi , I have installed Freebsd 4.0 on my i686 machine with 256 megabytes of RAM and recompiled the kernel with IP_FORWARD options . I use this rule to have a transparnet proxy : ipfw add 1010 fwd 127.0.0.1,3128 tcp from any to any 80 in recv ed0 so it is working prefectly for our windows 95/98 dial-up workstations . So my problem is that when I connect with NT or windows 2000 workstations when they want to browse any web pages squid and transparnet proxy not worked propertly and nothing happens . but ping and other protocols except www are woking fine .
