Hy all!

I installed FreeBSD2.0 on a 486dx2 connected with two lans; I recompiled the kernel with the
 options IPFIREWALL
 options IPFIREWALL_VERBOSE
 options IPFORWARDING=0
 options IPSENDREDIRECTS=0

and the card drivers:

#driver COMPEX card
device ed1 at isa? port 0x200 net irq 10 flags 0x04 iomem 0xd8000 vector edintr
#driver 3c507 card
device ie0 at isa? port 0x360 net irq 7 iomem 0xd0000 vector ieintr

removing other devices with irq 7 and 10.

It compiled fine, the system seems to boot and work well but...
...when i use ftp or rcp *from* this machine *to* another on the lan connected with the 3c507 card the system often crashes without warnings or core saving.
All i can do is turn power off.
(Note, if i transfer a file from the 486 to a machine X with a PUT in ftp the system crashes, while if i GET the same file from X it goes!)

Every other network service from or to this machine works well on both the lans.
The ipfw software is not actually configured, so it shouln't cause any problem.

Someone knows what's happening, where the problem is or how can be solved?

Thanks in advance,
Luca.
