Are these machines on the same physical wire as you, and are they sending ARP requests for your IP address? (use "tcpdump arp" to see; you might have to reconfigure your kernel with BPF in order to run tcpdump). One explanation for this message is that you received an ARP request for your address from someone who you don't think is on a directly-connected network. BTW, you shouldn't be using network 102 as a private network. RFC1918 lists appropriate addresses for use on private networks.
