4.7-RC at least has DISABLE_PSE, but grep(1) tells me there's no
DISABLE_PG_G. I just did make kernel with DISABLE_PSE and run with the
kernel now. It's not broken anyway.

It may be worth trying.. The worst thing is 'it does not help.'
