Their VPS offerings scale very well, and they give you full remote console access including the ability to 'poweroff' and restart your VPS. The control panel is simple, and their support has been good. Their network has caused no problems for me personally, though I don't know what kind of latency you might incur from Russia. I figure it's worth trying at least, they do not lock you into a contract and you can usually get a new VPS up within a day to be able to mess with it yourself. --=20 Nathan Vidican nathan@vidican.com
